No ads on Hornet should take you out of the app, including to the App Store or Play Store, unless you intentionally tap on them. If an ad redirected you automatically, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
These are rogue ads. They are not approved by Hornet and should not appear on the platform. When they slip through, we need your help to locate them so we can remove them quickly.
You can report a rogue ad by contacting our support team. When you do, please include a screenshot or screen recording and provide the following details:
- The URL you were redirected to
- Whether you’re using Android or iOS
- The country you’re currently in
